Daily Sun Mineral Sunscreen — Private Label & OEM/ODM

Develop a mineral sunscreen that reflects your brand’s identity. NUVION’s Daily Sun concept provides a starting point for a customized facial sunscreen, with a focus on daily sun care, a smooth cream-lotion texture and coordinated packaging.
Whether you are introducing your first sunscreen or expanding an existing skincare collection, development begins with your target market, customer preferences and product brief.

Formula Development

The proposed mineral UV-filter system features Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. Optional skincare ingredients include Niacinamide, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate and Ceramide NP, selected according to your formulation goals and compatibility requirements.
Texture, spreadability, finish and fragrance preferences can be explored during sample development. These are formulation options rather than a confirmed ingredient list.

Sun Protection Goals

The current development brief targets SPF 50, PA++++ and broad-spectrum protection. Final ratings and product claims must be established through testing of the finished formula and reviewed for the intended sales market.
Additional requirements, such as water resistance or suitability for particular skin types, should be discussed at the briefing stage so they can be included in the development and evaluation plan.

Packaging & Brand Customization

Create a consistent look across your sun care range with packaging tailored to your brand.
  • Packaging format: Squeeze tubes or alternative containers, subject to formula compatibility.
  • Appearance: Packaging colors, cap styles and surface finishes.
  • Branding: Logo placement, label artwork and outer-carton design.
  • Fill size: Proposed 50 mL format, with other sizes available for discussion.
The blue tube shown illustrates one possible packaging direction.

Plan Your OEM/ODM Project

A clear brief helps define the next steps. Share your target sales market, desired sun protection rating, preferred ingredients, texture reference, packaging style and estimated order quantity.
The project scope can then be discussed around formula feasibility, sample evaluation, testing requirements, packaging selection and production planning. MOQ, pricing and lead times are confirmed according to the agreed specifications.

Discuss Your Sunscreen Project
